HONOURING GRIEF AND HEALING JOURNEYS
Honouring Grief & Healing Journeys, grounded in Culture & Connection.
We all have the capacity to heal ourselves, but sometimes our journeys require support. We would be honoured to walk with you, as you begin your healing journey or if you already begun that journey. Our work is culturally grounded, trauma‑informed, compassionate and person-centred.
Specialized Support & Counselling Services
Culturally grounded grief and healing therapeutic services for Individuals and Indigenous communities, guided by traditional ways of knowing and trauma-informed care.
Braiding Clinical Training with Indigenous Wisdom
My mission is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally rooted mental health care that supports individuals and communities in reconnecting with their resiliency and strengths.
I am committed to:
-
Honouring Indigenous Ways of Knowing and holistic healing
-
Creating a safe, supportive, compassionate and environment.
-
Meeting each person exactly where they are at.
-
Empowering clients to build balance across the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual parts of their lives.
-
Walking alongside clients through their healing journey with respect, integrity, and humility.
My purpose is to help you reconnect with yourself, reclaim your voice, and create a life that feels grounded and meaningful.
My intention is to bridge western clinical training with Indigenous ways of knowing to foster Individual and community-based healing. This model follows trauma-informed care and intergenerational trauma awareness, maintaining humility and accountability to each individual. While we do not provide ceremony directly, we support navigation and access to your own community’s practices.
Culture serves as our foundation, weaving Indigenous knowledge and cultural safety into every interaction. By practicing cultural humility and strength-based approaches, we honor each person’s unique gifts and identity throughout their healing journey.
Inviting Indigenous individuals, communities, and organizations to reach out for grief support, trauma workshops, or trauma-informed training.
