This workshop can be tailored to the length of time requested and is intended for education on grief & loss.
This is not intended for therapeutic purposes.

Grief & Loss Beginning Your Healing Journey
Workshop will include Grief & Loss education, but will focus on the individual’s healing journey.
This workshop is intended for smaller groups for participants who are ready to begin their Healing Journey or to continue your journey.
Providing a safe space to share your grief through circle. There will be discussions on traditional grief practices and their therapeutic intentions.
This is not intended to replace therapy but to foster strength, resilience and honouring of those in the spirit world.

Understanding Trauma-Informed Practices
Workshops focused on Trauma and Community Healing.
These workshops can be tailored to your needs and time frame. These workshops are intended to educate community, departments, health staff, support staff and teams who would like to provide a safe space for community members.

Community Healing Practices
Training focuses on several topics and can be tailored to meet the needs of the Community, Departments, Community members. The intention and focus is determined based on your needs and time frame.
Training and workshops available:

Understanding Trauma resulting from Historical Oppression.

How to incorporate land-based healing and your own traditional practices from your community to begin healing.

Understanding how to support families, community in times of crisis in the community, and learn how it affects the collective healing process.
We honour our ancestors when we honour ourselves and our communities. Healing is the responsibility of a whole community to support one another in times of need as our ancestors intended it to be.
